Work It Out!

I've finally found a way to make myself exercise on a consistant basis. Take an exercise class in school! That way, I have to show up because I'm being graded on my attendance (what else is there to grade on?). It's also a great way to boost my GPA. I take a weight training class; all I have to do is show up, workout, and turn in a paper listing my workout plan. Most of the students in the class have no idea what they're doing, but there are a select few, including myself, who asked the teacher (who's the trainer for all the athletic teams in the college) to help them create a workout plan.

I've been taking the class for about 2 months now and I'm seeing results already. I increase the weight every 2 or 3 weeks, which is pretty quick, but I work hard in that class! I haven't seen a difference in the scale (I rarely weigh myself), but then again muscle is heavier than fat and I've definitley gained some muscle. I have more energy, my skin is in better shape, and I'm not as moody as I used to be (which makes my boyfriend very happy)! In other words, I'm feelin good! All you students should give it a try and if you're not a student, give it a try anyway; some local community colleges have great exercise facilities. Hey it's cheaper than any gym!
